The Marsh
The Marsh was inspired by a recent trip to the Carolinas - What beautiful states.
I took quite a few photos along the coast, in regional parks and in the cities of Charleston,
Summerville and Asheville.
The photo used for this painting was in a huge park just north of Charleston.
Painting measures 6 1/2" x 6 1/2" and is framed in a chunky, contemporary frame.
Total size is 11" x 11" x 1 7/8"

My favorite part of this painting in the background. It was one of those times when I didn't try too hard and it just worked - when you step back, look and make yourself stop painting because you really do like what you've done and don't want to mess it up!
