Has anyone out there been to the Woodland's Inn in Summerville, South Carolina?
Summerville, a historic village known fondly as "The Flower Town in the Pines" is about 20 miles from Charleston, South Carolina. It was once an escape for plantation owners from the mosquito-laden marshes.
This small painting of the inn is a gift to the gracious owner of Woodland's.
If ever in the area and in need of pampering, I suggest you look them up!
This painting makes me want to go there Janet. I love how the lawn leads your eye into the piece!
ReplyDeleteWonderful composition. Sounds like a great place and the owner is a lucky duck to get this painting. Hope to see you soon.
